Councillor Stevenson asked for clarification as to what happens on the land that does not have a land use permit and whether activities should stop on this parcel while staff gather information on the explosive storage building and explosive storage.

- Mathew Dodds, Director of Planning and Development, advised that in reviewing the by- law, an 18-month occupancy falls within the framework. He noted that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) includes 18 months to identify a parcel of land and relocation of the club. He suggested that the Land Use Permit Application not be executed until the MOU is in place, as it outlines commitments by the Club.
